We are celebrating the launch of our new site in Fitzrovia by partnering with Mac & Wild, our new neighbours on Great Titchfield Street. The Island Poké x Mac & Wild bowl remixes typically Scottish ingredients and puts them into a refreshing poké bowl. The bowl features powerful flavours including salmon in a buckthorn elderflower glaze, wild garlic kimchi, charred fennel, pickled foraged seaweed, crab mayo and puffed barley. We even got the chance to head up to Scotland with Mac & Wild founder, Andy Waugh, to visit wild garlic fields, crab fisherman and forage for seaweed on the coasts of the Scottish Highlands.
